These Terms of Service govern your use of Eco-Mentor LMS (“we”, “our”, “the platform”). By accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or accessing the platform, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all platform guidelines.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Accounts created through Google OAuth fall under Google’s privacy terms.

3. Permitted Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer or copy course materials without permission
• Interfere with security systems
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful behavior

4. Course Content

All courses, designs, graphics, and materials belong to Eco-Mentor LMS. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.

5. Certificates & Achievements

Certificates are issued based on completion of training. Eco-Mentor may revoke certificates if fraud or misconduct is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eco-Mentor is not responsible for:

• Data loss during system updates
• Third-party service interruptions
• Misuse of platform content

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating our guidelines or engaging in harmful behavior.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Using the platform after changes means you accept the updated version.
